The idea
No body. Just packaging. The figure stands and almost seems to breathe — but where flesh should be, there is film; where a heart should beat, a crushed bottle. The human appears here as what he leaves behind: transparent, hollow, disposable.
The reduction is the point. Nothing is hidden: we see right through the figure — and still we look away. The material outlives the one who used it. In this work the roles are reversed: it is not the human who owns the plastic. The plastic carries the human. What we call waste has long been holding us together.
